1. Estimate Your Guest Count
Decide how many people you’ll feed to determine portion sizes and menu selection.
2. Choose Your Location
We offer pickup, delivery and on-site set up—or you can host your event at The Cookery’s event space.
3. Set Your Budget
General cost guidelines:
Casual Events: $10–$35 per guest
Formal Events (buffet, plated, stations): $30–$150 per guest

Pricing & Fees
Delivery Fees (based on distance):
- $25 – within 5 miles
- $35 – within 10 or 15 miles
Service/Operational Fees:
- 10% for groups of 20–49
- 12% for groups of 50–74
- 15% for groups of 75–99
- 18% for groups of 100+
On-Site Setup Fee:
- 18% (for setup beyond basic delivery/drop-off)
Expedited Orders:
- 18% expedite fee for orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice
- Tax: 9.75% state & local sales tax
- Tax-exempt organizations must provide a valid exemption form
Holidays, Evenings & Weekends:
- Additional charges may apply
Gratuity (Optional but Appreciated):
- 15–20% of the total bill is standard
- For pickup orders, 5–10% is recommended
- Gratuity is separate from delivery and service fees
Important Policies
- Quotes are valid for 30 days
- Minimum order lead time: 7 days
- Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to your event
